Groundbreaking Ceremony
After months of design and approvals, Zachary Shirk and John St. Martin of the Zebra team were proud to attend the ground-breaking ceremony for Jack’s in Lone Tree, Colorado. This significant milestone of the project was attended by over 40 AEC partners / city officials and community members who have a passion for hospitality and are invested in the economic development of Lone Tree, where an opening speech by Mayor Marissa Harmon highlighted the excitement of the community. It was further supported with closing statements by Owner Steve Lockton and a final blessing over the team and site by Jubilee Fellowship Church.
The Zebra team is happy to be partnering with the client team and Frontline Construction to deliver this two-storey spanning over 14,000 Sqft, with completion planned by Spring 2025. Jack’s is a rising star in the Denver Market – Voted #1 Highest-Rated Steakhouse in Denver and people’s choice for best seafood dish.
