World Art Day 2023
In celebration of World Art Day 2023, we explore what art means to the individual. Aristotle believed that the purpose of art was to reveal the essential nature of things rather than simply their outward appearance. He believed that art was a means of expressing universal truths and that the artist should aim to capture the essence of the subject matter rather than merely copying its surface features.
Amongst our team there is an array of artistic talent incorporating photography, textiles, painting, sketching, music and graffiti. Each individual in their style and form of self-expression.
